Does A Party Place Rentals charge for your deliveries?

Delivery is available for a fee based on location. For rates call us during our normal business hours at 724-776-0680 or 412-931-4970.

When will my rentals be delivered?

The delivery times/dates will be noted on your reservation contract by our rental experts at the time your rental order is placed. Any rental item is available for pick up during our normal business hours. We also have a rushed delivery service and after-hour service. Call us for additional pricing that may apply for rushed service, after-hour or out of town deliveries.

What time of day will my rental items be delivered or picked up from my location?

Each of our trucks has many stops during the day and our schedules involve advance planning. You can always request a delivery time that fits one of our delivery/pickup windows. Specific delivery/pickup times can be scheduled at an additional fee.

What if I am not at the location when the truck delivers or picks up my rental items?

If you are not available at your location during the delivery window please call your rental expert or our main office to notify them. If we are picking up your rentals you may leave instructions detailing where they are located. Please be sure that all equipment included with your rental is secure and protected from the weather and theft. If you are not at the location and we do not have instructions it will cause a delay and an extra charge for rescheduling a truck may be incurred.

What type of service can I expect when the truck arrives?

Standard delivery and pickup charges are door to door drop offs. If the delivery/pickup is to be made on a specific floor or area, additional labor charges may be incurred. Our delivery team is instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place. All equipment must be re-folded and re-stacked by you before pick up.

Do you offer delivery or pick up after-hours and on holidays?

For an additional fee we can arrange for deliveries or pickups before or after business hours. If the pickup or delivery falls on a holiday please provide a week advance notice. Please make arrangements with our rental experts so that we can schedule our delivery team accordingly.

What size tent should I order?

A Party Place offers a wide variety of canopy sizes to accommodate your event needs. Our event professionals will work with you to calculate the canopy needed based on your number of guests in attendance. Of course we also take into consideration the type of event you are hosting (formal dinner, cocktail party, professional fundraiser), the type of furniture you plan to rent (tables, chairs, a bar, dance floor) and the floor plan of your furniture set-up/event.

I am planning a small party or intimate gathering. Do you have a minimum order size? Is there a party too small for you?

No, A Party Place is always happy to help you plan any size event.

I won’t be in town until the week before my event, will it be possible to plan everything long distance?

Yes, of course! Our planning process can be done over the phone. We can plan any size event working with you from anywhere. This takes the stress out of setting up a face-to-face meeting. After one simple planning call we take care of the rest. Just wait for our helpful event professionals to deliver and setup your rentals.

What if the weather turns cold or it rains?

No need to worry about those unexpected changes. A Party Place has a large stock of heaters, tents and canopies available on short notice to ensure that your guests stay warm and comfortable.

Do you install rental tents during delivery?

A Party Place Rentals has expert tent installers well versed with all the latest technology in the tent industry. We offer tents in a variety of shapes and sizes to best fit your individual needs.
